FAQ

What services do you offer?

CareCPA offers accounting and financial services for entrepreneurs. Our signature service, Outsourced CFO, gives you ongoing financial support without losing equity in your business.

How much do you charge?

Prices vary by service, and by the complexity of your business. Please contact us to discuss your unique needs. Prices start as low as $300 per month.

What accounting systems do you support?

We use Quickbooks Online and Xero for accounting (we prefer Xero). We use Futrli for forecasting, and are trained in Bill.com for accounts payable, TSheets (time card system) and Gusto (payroll software).

How will I be billed?

Monthly clients are billed automatically on the first day of each month. One-time services are invoiced after services are rendered.

What can I expect when we work together?

The first step is to connect with us to make sure our services are right for you. It’s important to hire an accountant you connect with because they play an essential role in your business growth.

What if I’m just starting out?

Entrepreneurs who are just starting out may not have as many financial needs as bigger businesses. It’s best to hire a qualified CPA early in your journey to have a professional who grows with you over time.

How are you different?

CareCPA offers many of the same services as other accounting firms. What sets us apart is our family values and the intimate nature of our client relationships. We care about your entrepreneurial path because we’ve been down that road just like you.

Why do I need a CPA?

Many businesses hire bookkeepers to keep costs down. These days bookkeepers often charge as much, if not more, than a CPA. The difference is that a certified public accountant has had additional training and licensure beyond the skill level of most bookkeepers.
